This fall, it’s all about playing with dark and light and nothing in between. From lips to lashes, runways and magazines are showing fall makeup in neutral palettes or deep and dark hues. Here are the top five makeup trends.

Au Naturale – A clean and fresh look is often a spring trend, but a fresh clean face with a tinge of colour for contouring is in for this fall. Dior, Vera Wang and Michael Kors are prime examples.
Smokey Brown Eyes – So long are the days of the black smoky eye. The brown smoky eye has taken over. It fits all complexions and has been sent down the runways of Burberry, Loewe and Louis Vuitton. Play with mochas and khakis for a rich warm look.
Mulberry Lips - A full wine stained lip with a tinge of chocolate undertones is the lip colour for fall. The bold lip was seen from Gucci, Givenchy and Bottega Venetta. The nice thing is it is sultry and easy to do.
