It’s hard to avoid comfort food while it’s still blustery outside (especially for all of you East Coasters), so I’ve been blending up healthy smoothies to fix my sweet tooth and give me a hit of energy. Apart from the health benefits that they produce on the inside, there are loads of outward beauty perks that these anti-oxidant rich recipes offer too. Plus eating (or drinking) a fiber rich breakfast helps to maintain a healthy weight. How can you say no to glowing skin and hair, and a svelte body? Check out our top five picks to keep you looking and feeling radiant all winter long.
