The opportunity to be creative in decorating your own space is a deeply personal and rewarding experience. There’s fun in choosing big investment pieces to adding decorative accents and finishing touches. One of the problems I faced when I moved out was feeling uninspired by my cookie cutter condo that felt unoriginal and characterless. That’s when I started perusing online sources for inspiration, looking at how other people decorated their spaces or found ingenious solutions to small spaces. It even helped me with making lists for my next big apartment shop so I knew what was trendy and what to look out for when shopping.

Here are 5 home décor sites to bookmark:

Lonny or Lonny Magazine is a lifestyle and home décor magazine emphasizing accessible home design. Lonny features design ideas, market trends, and thousands of photos of homes to draw inspiration from. My favourite part of Lonny is perusing different rooms and finding inspiration for each part of my apartment. You can also filter photos by style to find inspiration that matches you.
